Foster believes in scientific and force-free training method for dog training. He is an Applied Animal Behaviorist and also among the few Karen Pryor Academy (KPA) Certified Training Partners in Asia. His passion for dogs led him to volunteer at the Hong Kong Dog Rescue, where he has been helping homeless dogs to become lovable companions since 2008.
