It is owned and operated by Stephanie O'Connell Wilcke. BarksBurg Dogs provides group obedience classes, private training sessions and behavior modification assistance. We teach clicker training and uses the latest science of positive reinforcement. We NEVER train with choke chains, prong collars, electronic collars and other devices that may hurt your dog. We strive to build the bond between you and your dog and foster a relationship of trust and mutual understanding.
